🔞 Age & Legal Requirements

How old do I have to be to purchase from Pouch Haven?

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Pouch Haven.

How do you verify my age?

Pouchhaven.com does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21.  We use a third-party company, AgeChecker.Net, to verify that you are the legal age to receive our products and to confirm that the information you are providing to us is correct. Can I buy products for someone under 21?

No. Purchasing nicotine products for minors is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass our age verification system may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

Do you ship to all states?

Due to State Restrictions and numerous requirements, we do not ship to the following States:

  • Arkansas
  • California
  • District of Columbia
  • Maine
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Vermont

    📦 Orders & Shipping

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

    Will I need to sign for my package?

    Yes. Due to federal regulations for nicotine products, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    What happens if my package is delayed?

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays and/or weather. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us.

    Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages?

    Pouchhaven.com offers Shipping Protection on every order.   Shipping Protection ensures the replacement or refund of damaged, missing, or stolen packages.   If you selected during checkout, simply submit a claim by emailing us.  We will take care of the rest.  Please note, if not selected, BnB Tobacco is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional methods listed at checkout.

    Are prices subject to change?

    Yes. Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    Why was my order canceled?

    Orders may be canceled due to:

    • Failed age verification
    • Suspected fraud
    • Incorrect billing information
    • Regulatory shipping restrictions
    • Product availability issues

    If your order was canceled, you will be notified via email.


    🔁 Returns & Refunds

    Can I return nicotine pouches?

    Due to the nature of nicotine products and health regulations, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

    What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

    Can I return opened products?

    No. We cannot accept returns of opened or used nicotine products.

    Nicotine pouches are smoke-free, tobacco-free oral products that deliver nicotine without combustion. They are placed under the upper lip for absorption.

    Do your products contain tobacco?

    Our nicotine pouches are tobacco-free but contain nicotine, which is derived from tobacco or synthetic sources depending on the brand.

    Are nicotine pouches safe?

    Nicotine is an addictive chemical. While nicotine pouches do not involve combustion like cigarettes, they still carry health risks. Consult a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns.

    Are these products meant to help me quit smoking?

    No. Our products are not marketed as smoking cessation devices and are not FDA-approved for quitting smoking.

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    An account may be required for purchase and age verification purposes. Creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your information.

    Is my information secure?

    🚫 Prohibited Uses

    Can I resell products purchased from Pouch Haven?

    Resale without proper licensing may violate federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to refuse bulk purchases suspected of unauthorized resale.

    What happens if I attempt to bypass age verification?

    Any attempt to bypass our age verification system may result in:

    • Order cancellation
    • Account suspension
    • Reporting to appropriate authorities if required
