About Shipping?

We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 3:00pm EST the same day (Monday - Friday), but some orders can take longer to process and ship based on product availability.  We are closed weekends and major holidays.

All PouchHaven.com orders are processed from our warehouse in Virginia.

Shipping Requirements

Pouchhaven.com does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21.  We use a third-party company, AgeChecker.Net, to verify that you are the legal age to receive our products and to confirm that the information you are providing to us is correct. All Orders shipped UPS will require Adult Signature.  As a result, an adult with a valid ID will need to be present to sign for the package upon delivery.

State Restrictions

Due to State Restrictions and numerous requirements, we do not ship to the following States:

  • Arkansas
  • California
  • District of Columbia
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Vermont.
    • Maine
    • We are unable to ship Nicotine Pouches (over 4mg) products to Canada.

    Do you ship to APOs and FPOs?

    We proudly ship to APO's and FPO's. Please be aware shipping time can be extended for APO's and FPO's and we cannot guarantee delivery and timeliness.  If you are having issues processing an order with APO/FPO address email us.

     Do you ship to other countries outside the U.S.?

    We currently do not ship order internationally.

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    Orders will be charged based on your zone and order weight.  See options below:

    • Economy:  Shipped using UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority.  UPS SurePost orders are shipped via UPS to your local Post Office where USPS handles final delivery to your mailbox.  Transit times may be an additional day or two compared to UPS Ground.
    • USPS Ground Advantage: One of the "best ways" to ship your order! This inexpensive method ensures careful delivery by USPS.  Delivery time varies based on location.
    • UPS Ground:  We rely on UPS's quick ground service. 
    • USPS Priority:  USPS's highly rated service, Priority is known for their fast, efficient deliveries!  Delivery time varies based on location.
    • All Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Box, and APO/FPO orders will be delivered via USPS using standard shipping rates
    • UPS business days do not include Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays.
    • USPS business days do not include Sundays or Holidays.
    • We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and all major holidays.

       Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages?

      Pouch Haven is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.  Pouch Haven offers Shipping Protection on every order.   Shipping Protection ensures the replacement or refund of damaged, missing, or stolen packages.   If you selected during checkout, simply submit a claim by emailing us or call (888) 929-5570.  We will take care of the rest.
